Who are we?

We are the victims of reckless or dangerous drivers. We are also victims of the automobile insurance and injury laws in New Brunswick since July 1st, 2003, that has severely and unfairly cut compensation for our losses, pain and suffering.

We are men and women, old and young, from all walks of life, in all stages of life joining together to seek fairness in the auto insurance system in New Brunswick. We are not from any one political party.

Our lives changed in the single moment it took to sustain debilitating injuries in an auto collision. We live with the effects of our injuries every day. We want the right to prove our cases in open Court, and get reasonable compensation to recover from our losses. We want the law to change so that others don't have to go through what we are going through.
